Case Study. About a Hero, Herzog en IA, with Piotr Winiewicz

About a Hero is an adaptation of a script written by Kaspar, an AI custom trained on Herzog’s works. The ironically self-reflective fictional narrative is intertwined with a series of ‘real’ interviews with artists, philosophers and scientists reflecting on the notion of originality, authenticity, immortality and soul in the age of AI. In this case study, filmmaker Piotr Winiewicz will present a sneak peek at select scenes from the film to talk about the production process and how documentary interviews have influenced the fictional narrative.
