DocsBarcelona closes its 25th edition

DocsBarcelona celebrated this Saturday, 28th of May, the closing ceremony and awards ceremony of the 25th edition, which brought together 200 atendees in the "pati de les dones" at CCCB. However, it was not until Sunday that the programme ended with the rebroadcast of the films "Fire of Love" and "Robin Bank", awarded as "Docs Best Film" and "Docs of the Audience – Moritz" respectively.

Concludes a new edition, which also, with the return to normality, has reached 44.500 atendees, thanks to the on-site and online format that the festival has maintained.

As for the industry part, DocsBarcelona has generated 314 meetings between funders and participants. A fact that will help contribute to the creation of new documentary works worldwide.
