More than a century ago, Flosi Björnsson and his brothers isolated themselves at the foot of Iceland’s largest glacier. None married or had children; they devoted their lives to the glacier before anyone spoke of its melting. Their farm remained sealed until now. Photographer Ragnar Axelsson returns and invokes Flosi’s voice, which draws pilgrims. The glacier sings a requiem beneath a white shroud.
The screening on Saturaday the 9th will include a complimentary beer after the session, courtesy of Moritz.
