Sometimes delivery can take a while. Before contacting us, please check the bank account linked to the card you used to make the payment and see if the charge has gone through. If so, please check your email spam folders. If the charge has gone through and you still haven’t received your tickets after 30 minutes, please email us at taquilla@docsbarcelona.com
Can I exchange my ticket or request a refund?
No exchanges or refunds will be accepted once tickets have been purchased, except in cases where the organisers cancel a pass or event, or due to force majeure.
What types of ticket passes are available?
There are two types of ticket passes that work as packs: a 3-screening ticket and a 6-screening ticket.
This year, DocsBarcelona is introducing two new passes: the Festival Pass and the Youth Pass, which are personal and non-transferable and grant access to all the festival’s screenings and masterclasses, subject to booking.
What do the passes include?
The 3 or 6 ticket passes work as a “voucher for x tickets” and include 3 or 6 tickets for screenings at DocsBarcelona 2026 at the CCCB, Cines Renoir Floridablanca, Zumzeig, Texas and Casa Montjuïc. The opening and closing screenings, screenings at the Filmoteca de Catalunya and special screenings are excluded.
Are tickets and passes named?
Tickets are neither nominal nor numbered, and neither are the 3 or 6 ticket passes, which can be shared and allow you to redeem more than one ticket for the same screening. The Festival Pass and Youth Pass are nominal and non-transferable.
How and when can I redeem my pass?
Use the booking reference number on your pass to redeem your tickets, either at the festival box office or online. You can redeem your pass and choose the films you wish to see as soon as tickets go on sale online. For further information, please consult the redemption guide.
You can also redeem it in person at the ticket offices of the CCCB and the Renoir Floridablanca.
If I have any questions, who should I contact?
Please email us at taquilla@docsbarcelona.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Accreditations
What types of accreditation are available?
Accreditations are intended for industry professionals. We offer two types of accreditation: professional and student.
Press accreditation is free of charge. It can be requested via the website as the festival approaches and must be approved by the press and communications team.
What do they include?
The DocsBarcelona professional accreditation allows you to enjoy all the professional activities, conferences, master classes and networking activities, as well as the entire DocsBarcelona 2026 program, both online and in person.
Student accreditation is only available to students enrolled at recognised higher education institutions –including universities, film schools and visual arts academies worldwide.
Further information can be found in the accreditation section.
I took part in DocsBarcelona last year and I’m already registered with Docs&Me. What do I need to do this year?
Log in to Docs&Me using your email address and password. Once logged in, select the accreditation that best suits you, fill in the form and make the payment.
What is the green fee?
The green fee (5.00€) is a small contribution that helps us reduce the festival’s environmental impact. Thanks to this support, we implement concrete sustainability measures (waste reduction, responsible use of resources, and offsetting actions). By contributing, you become part of a more responsible DocsBarcelona committed to the future.
Will I receive a rebate/invoice for my accreditation fee?
Yes, as soon as the payment is completed, the accredited customers receive the invoice at their email address. For questions about the invoice, you can write to molivella@parallel40.com with all billing information.
How can I access to the films?
Once tickets for the films go on sale, you can book them via the DocsBarcelona website. You can also collect your tickets from the box offices at the CCCB Theatre and Renoir Floridablanca box offices. Tickets are subject to capacity.
Access will be activated within your Docs&Me profile, where you can use your accreditation code to redeem a free ticket. For further information, please consult the redemption guide.
Do I need accreditation to access industry events?
Yes, except for those open to the general public. Some of them will require booking.
Can I access all the industry events with my accreditation?
No, the Speed Meetings are for selected participants only, and the Archive Meetup is a private event. Student accreditations do not grant access to networking events. The Opening and Closing Ceremonies are also excluded from the accreditation.
Where do the DocsBarcelona industry activities take place?
