A uniquefinancing space for documentary series in development. In the Doc Series Meetings, the selected projects will meet in a one-to-one format with broadcasters and VOD platforms who are active and interested in producing documentary series projects.

What projects can be submitted?

Non-fiction series projects in early developing stage, pre- productio, production or close to start its postproduction phase, from any nationality and about any topic.

Development awards

Aware of the great struggle the industry is going through in these difficult times, this year DocsBarcelona wants to acknowledge the effort made by all the projects going ahead despite the adverse circumstances, and will therefore grant the Doc Series Meetings award, with a cash prize of €1,500.
