Antu is a 9-year-old girl who was born blind. Thanks to an unusual sensitivity and curiosity, she discovers the world around her in great detail. On board an old truck, she travels across Argentina with her parents, screening films in small, forgotten villages and imagining the stories she will never be able to see.

Luis Sampieri

Luis Sampieri was born in Tucumán (1971), Argentina. In 1995, he directed and produced the medium-length film La Máquina del Humo, which was selected for festivals such as Valencia, São Paulo, and L’Alternativa. In 2000, he made his first feature film, Cabecita Rubia, which won Best Actor at New York’s LaCinemafe and was nominated for the Cóndor de Plata awards. In 2010, he directed Fin, which premiered at the Berlinale and earned him the Best Director award in Málaga. In 2015, he made La Hija, selected for Chicago and an award-winner at Las Alturas. In 2017, he won the Bicentennial competition with the documentary series Belgrano, la nación soñada. He currently lives in Cafayate and is preparing his sixth feature film, La Rezadora.
