Guiu Vallvé graduated from the ESCAC Film and Audiovisual School with a specialization in Editing in 2015.
Editor of the HBO series “Vitals”, he won the award for best editing at Tarazona Film Festival for the short "El Andar del borracho", and was nominated for best editing at the Fugaz Awards for two consecutive years with "El Andar del borracho" and "El escarabajo al final de la calle”.
He has edited two feature films, "El sitio de Otto" and "El Cerro de los dioses" and numerous short films and documentaries, such as "Sasha", which was nominated for a Gaudí Award after having gathered many awards, and "Pilots" which premiered on TV3's “Sense Ficció” program, becoming the most watched program in that slot.
Vallvé was also in charge of editing all the short films that were screened during the Gaudí 2021 Awards gala.
In addition, he has edited music videos for Gemma Humet, JoJet and Maria Ribot, Vic Mirallas, Adala, Siderland, Papaya, Barbot…
In 2020 he made his directorial debut with "El que fa segur el camí" (which premiered at BcnFilmFest) and with the short film "Instant per a dos saxos" (premiered at In-Edit).
