Carlos de las Heras

Carlos de las Heras is responsible for Technology and Human Rights at Amnesty International Spain. Carlos studied journalism, he is responsible of countries in the Campaigns and Research Department of AI Spain. He is also in charge of the work in priority countries for the Spanish Section of AI, such as Saudi Arabia or Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territories, as well as the campaign on sport, human rights and the so-called sportwashing.
