Anna Hanslik holds a degree in Anthropology at University College London (UCL), with classes in visual anthropology and ethnographical documentary, and also holds a master in theory and practice of creative documentary at the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. While she was studying in London, she took part in the university Film society as camera assistant for musical and cultural events. In 2019, she made her first audiovisual project in Guatemala, a series of short movies for an organisation involved with nutrition within children.
