Alexe Poukine

Alexe Poukine, born in 1982, is a director and scriptwriter. After attending drama classes, she studied ethnology, documentary filmmaking and scriptwriting. Petites Morts, her graduation film, has been selected in several international festivals. Her first feature-length documentary film, Dormir, dormir dans les pierres, was screened in 2013 in numerous festivals. In parallel to the shooting of her second documentary film Sans frapper, she is writing a feature-length fiction film.
