Laura Folguera Ortega (Barcelona, 1975) has a degree in Journalism from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a Diploma in Japanese Language and Culture from Kyoto Gaikokugo Daigaku in Kyoto. She started at RTVE as editor of "El Escarabajo Verde" in 1999 and since then she has worked in the area of programs and news in Catalonia. In 2016 she directed the magazine show "Tips", in 2017 she was the coordinator of La 2 in Catalonia and in 2021 she was put in charge of the Program Production Directorate of TVE in Catalonia.
